Class Update, August 2003
Buhl Day Class Reunion. The Class of '58 will hold an informal reunion during the 2003 Buhl Day celebration in Sharon on Labor Day, Monday, September 1st. We will meet on the porch of the Casino at Buhl Park from 2:00 until 4:00 P.M., and a group photograph will be taken on the steps of the Casino at 3:30 P.M. This has become an annual event since 1998, when Sandy (Stasey) Fields suggested it as an alternative to a formal 40th-year reunion event. This will be the 24th observance of Buhl Day on Labor Day in tribute to the Buhl family and to the spirit of their gifts to the working man.
45th Year Class Reunion. We had a GGGRRREAT time on Saturday, August 9, 2003!!! You can check out the individual photos of the 65 classmates who attended by going to http://www.geocities.com/shs_1958/reunion/45/45attend1.htm. Hopefully, we'll get more photos of the reunion online soon.
New Address List. Our class address list always seems to get out of date. The online version at http://www.geocities.com/shs_1958/58a.htm has just been updated, and is the most current available. We plan to publish a new printed version (like we did in 1998) to be mailed to our classmates without World Wide Web access, probably in late September. We'll send the electronic version, in Microsoft Word document format, to you as an attachment to an e-mail. Please check your online listing now to ensure it is accurate, and request any changes you want made.
E-mail Address Changes. We'll be updating the online e-mail address list at http://www.geocities.com/shs_1958/58email.htm soon. If you know of a classmate who has e-mail but whose address is not included on our online e-mail address list, please send it to Jim Ingram.
"Mini-Reunions". We need more photos on the Web site! If you get together with one or more classmates, have a photo taken of the group and send it (electronically or hard copy) to Jim Ingram so it can be included on our Class of '58 Web site.
