Class Reunions
In the past the Sharon Herald provided detailed information online about class reunions. This may still be available subscribers of its digital edition, but can no longer be accessed by nonsubscribers. The 1999 Class Reunions page contained a link to our SHS '58 Web site, referring to it as "a wonderfully thorough reunion/alumni page", and listing the then-current names and phone numbers of our reunion contacts.
50th Year Reunion. Labor Day weekend, 2008 (Saturday, August 30 through Monday, September 1, 2008) was tentatively selected as the date for our 50th Year Reunion by the classmates attending the 45th Year Reunion, at least in part to coincide with Sharon's annual Buhl Day celebration. Please include it in your long-range planning.
45th Year Reunion. The Class of 1958 held its last major reunion (its 45th Year Reunion) on Saturday, August 9, 2003. 65 classmates attended. You can view their photos at 45th Year Reunion.

In 1998, when it became apparent that the Class of '58 would be unable to hold a formal 40th reunion event, Sandy (Stasey) Fields suggested that the Class of '58 meet, informally, on the porch of the Casino at Buhl Park from 2:00 until 4:00 P.M. in the afternoon of Buhl Day to renew friendships. This has become an annual event, with the Class of '58 group photograph taken on the steps of the Casino at 3:30.

"Mini-Reunions". Many classmates who are unable to return to Sharon have held "mini-reunions" with one or more classmates, sometimes at exotic locations. If you get together with a classmate, take a photo and send it (electronically or hard copy) to Jim Ingram so it can be included on our "mini-reunion" pages.
