Judith Lea (Shaffer) Mausser-Cooper, 66, the wife of Classmate Gary Cooper, of 1842 South Mesa Drive, Palm Springs, California, died on Tuesday, May 22, 2007, in Palm Springs of a brief illness. She was born July 16, 1940, in Sharon to William and Mary Irwin Shaffer, and graduated from Sharon High School in 1958. She was a flight attendant with United Airlines in Los Angeles, California, for 38 years. She is survived by her husband Gary, whom she married May 7, 2006, three children, her parents, three sisters, and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Classmate Daniel Curtis Mausser, whom she married August 25, 1961, and who died September 7, 2000, at age 60. A memorial service was held on June 4, 2007, at Palm Springs Tennis Club.
