Joanne Eleanor (Krauss) Adams, 66, of 2856 Hunter Street, Sharpsville, Pennsylvania, died at 4:27 P.M. Thursday, November 30, 2006, in the hospital of the Sharon Regional Health System. She was born in Sharon August 5, 1940, a daughter of Richard and Josephine Tallega Krauss, and was a lifelong resident of the Sharon area.
Joanne graduated from Sharon High School in 1958 and enjoyed crocheting, traveling and sharing time with her family, particularly her grandchildren. For the past 16 years she was a private caregiver in her home. She is survived by her husband, James L. Adams, whom she married July 5, 1982, ten children, 27 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a sister, Janice Scharba of Sheakleyville.
A memorial service was held on Monday, December 4, 2006, at St. John's Episcopal Church, Sharon. Burial was at Holy Cross Cemetery, Hermitage.
